八段锦特色护理训练对膝骨性关节炎患者PT、AP的影响

The Influence of Special Nursing Training of Eight Infantile Finger Loops and Whorls on Peak Torque and Average Power of Knee Joint in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察八段锦特色护理训练对膝骨性关节炎(kneeosteoarthritis,KOA)患者伸肌收缩膝关节峰力矩(peak torque,PT)和平均功率(averagepower,AP)的影响。方法:选取本院60例KOA患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合八段锦特色护理训练。比较两组患者护理满意度、护理前后膝关节伸肌收缩PT、AP、平均关节活动范围(AROM)积分的变化,采用西安大略麦马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评估护理前后两组病情程度。结果:护理后观察组膝关节伸肌收缩PT、AP高于对照组(P <0. 05),膝关节伸肌收缩AROM积分低于对照组(P <0. 05);护理后观察组僵硬程度评分、疼痛程度评分、活动能力评分、WOMAC评分总分低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组护理满意度93. 33%较对照组70. 00%高(P <0. 05)。结论:八段锦特色护理训练应用于KOA患者,可增强患者肌力,改善患者膝关节活动度,减轻膝关节疼痛、僵硬,提高膝关节活动能力,缓解病情,提高护理满意度。

Objective: To probe into the influence of special nursing training of eight infantile finger loops and whorls on peak torque ( PT) and average power ( AP) of knee joint in patients with knee osteoarthritis( KOA) . Methods: Sixty cases of KOA in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the ones in the observation group were given special nursing training of eight infantile finger loops and whorls on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction degree,PT of extensor muscles of knee joint AP and AROM scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. The disease conditions of the two groups before and after the nursing were evaluated by using the Osteoarthritis Index ( WOMAC) of Mcmaster University in Western Ontario. Results: After nursing,PT and AP of knee extensor contraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and AROM score of knee extensor contraction was lower than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . After nursing,the stiffness score,pain score,activity ability score and WOMAC score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05) ,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93. 33% ( 28 /30) which was higher than that of the control group ( 70. 00% ( 21 /30) ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: In terms of treating KOA patients,special nursing training of eight infantile finger loops and whorls can enhance muscle strength,improve knee joint mobility,relieve knee pain and stiffness,improve knee joint mobility,alleviate illness and improve nursing satisfaction.
