摘要
动态参数是频率合成器(DDS)电路的关键指标,文章针对目前动态参数测试的现状,提出动态参数测试系统设计需求,并详细介绍了基于NI为核心的动态参数测试系统的设计,主要分为硬件平台和软件设计两部分,提出注意要求,希望对DDS电路动态参数测试开发有一定的参考意义。
Dynamic parameter is the key index of frequency synthesizer (DDS)circuit.Aiming at the current situation of dynamic parameter testing,this paper puts forward the design requirements of dynamic parameter testing system.The design of dynamic parameter testing system based on NI is introduced in detail.It is mainly divided into hardware platform and software design.Attention requirements are put forward.It is hoped that it will have some reference significance for the development of DDS circuit dynamic parameter test.
