摘要
主要以NiTi形状记忆合金垫片为对象,制作了NiTi合金垫片试样,研究不同预紧力下的压缩回弹力学性能,并建立相应的本构方程。结果表明:NiTi合金垫片在压缩载荷作用下具有典型超弹性特性,其回弹率达到99%以上;并且建立的NiTi合金的本构方程与试验数据非常吻合。
The gasket sample of the shape memory alloy (NiTi)was processed,and the compressive resilience properties under different pre-tightening force were studied.Then,the corresponding constitutive equations were established.The results showed that the NiTi alloy gasket possesses typical super-elastic properties,and the resilience rate is more than 99%.The established constitutive equanons of NiTi alloy are very consistent with the experimental data.
