摘要
通过整合战略管理领域、国际关系领域及政治经济领域相关研究,并基于对中国企业在缅甸投资的密松水电项目的案例研究,从反对型利益相关者行为视角探讨了政治敏感型海外投资的微观政治风险,并构建了政治敏感型海外投资微观政治风险的三重焦点组织-反对型利益相关者行为的分析框架。研究结果发现:政治敏感型海外投资行为的3种认知,即东道国政府的行为、母国政府的行为、投资企业的行为导致海外投资面临由国际层、东道国社会层、企业及项目层反对型利益相关者抵制行为引致的东道国政府行为偏好改变、政治不确定性事件及合法性危机等微观政治风险。
By conducting a longitudinal case study on Myitsone,we have,in this study,explored the political risk formation mechanism of politically-sensitive overseas investment from the perspective of stakeholder'behavior,and constructed an analytical framework based on the perspective of triple focus organization-non-supportive stakeholders.By the results of our study,we have discovered:the investment will not only be regarded as the political behavior of home country government and the host government but also be considered as the economic behavior of investment enterprise,which will,in turn,leads to the self-interested antagonistic behavior of the non-supportive stakeholders from the international-level,host sociallevel,enterprise or project-level,and then makes the investment face to the hostile political risk caused by the host country government behavior preference change,uncertainty political events,and de-legitimacy.
