网络时代编辑发挥作者主体作用的实践探索——基于胜任力理论

Practical Exploration on the Editors' Making the Best of an Author' Main Role in the Internet Era

高职学报编辑在工作中面临许多困境,需要开拓创新,不断提升工作胜任力。互联网时代编辑要提高与作者的沟通能力,充分利用网络的便捷性,发挥作者的主体作用,指导作者反复修改完善自己的论文,邀请作者同步校对自己的论文,以此更好地培养作者队伍,最终促进高职学报提高办刊质量。

Facing lots of difficulties in work,the journal editors in higher vocational colleges need to open up and innovate to enhance their job competences.In the Internet era,the editors should improve their communication skills'with authors,make full use of internet convenience,and give a better play to each author's main role by guiding them to repeatedly revise and perfect their papers,and inviting them to proofread own papers synchronously.This can better train the team of authors and eventually boost the quality improvement of higher vocational education journals.
