摘要
针对聚酯工厂技改后富余4. 5 t/h 0. 5 MPa低压饱和蒸汽需要进行暂时外输的情况,讨论在经济性及技术可行性下如何将低压蒸汽输送到集团其他用户的方案,分析利用原有旧中压蒸汽管线进行倒输的可能性。计算出由于输送距离远而流量小、原设计管道直径过大,利旧倒输后凝水损失率ε值是比较高,蒸汽的热损失较大,但由于是短时间使用,比新施工管线在时间与投入上还是有很大优势。详述了计算过程与改造方案,给出通过校核凝水损失率分析技改经济性的应用实例。
In view of the fact that 4. 5 t/h ,0. 5 MPa surplus low-pressure saturated steam after technical upgrading in polyester factory needs to be temporarily transported out, this paper discusses how to transport low pressure steam to other users of the group under the economic and technical feasibility. The possibility of using the old medium- pressure steam pipeline to reverse transport is analyzed. It is calculated that because of the long distance and small flow rate, the diameter of the original designed pipeline is too large, the loss rate of condensate water e value after inverted transport is relatively high and the heat loss of steam is larger, but because it is used for a short time, com pared with the new construction pipeline, there is still a big advantage in time and investment. The calculation process and modification scheme are described in detail, and an application example of analyzing the economy of technical innovation by checking the loss rate of condensate water is given.
