介绍干燥机系统的工作原理,针对系统中存在长期积料、碱洗问题进行分析。从过滤机系统,干燥机入口敲击器及烟囱敲击器,载湿气流量、输送气体的流量、压力、氧化单元CTA品质等方面,分析了干燥机系统积料的影响因素,并提出相应的措施,进而对系统进行简单优化处理。

The working principle of the dryer system is introduced.The problems of long-term accumulation of mate- rial and alkali washing in the system are analyzed from the filter system,the inlet percussion of the dryer and the chimney percussion,the flow rate of the carrier moisture,the flow rate and the pressure of the transportation gas, the CTA quality of oxidation unit etc.The factors affecting the material accumulation in the dryer system are ana- lyzed,the corresponding measures are put forward,then the system is simply optimized.
