摘要 前后驱动不平衡是BV-620LF型可控震源驱动系统比较常见的故障现象。震源在驱动不平衡状态下行驶,会导致驱动系统硬件设备过度损耗,同时会降低震源的驱动能力,也为安全生产埋下一定的隐患。因此可控震源若出现前、后驱动不平衡的故障需要及时检查排除。本文通过分析BV-620LF型可控震源驱动系统控制原理,找出可能引起这一故障的各种原因。 The unbalance between the front and rear drive system is a common failure of BV-620LF vibrator.Under the situation of unbalance,it will cause hardware excessabrasionof drive system which will reduce the drive capacity and create a security risk at the same time.Therefore it should be checked and solved when the problem of unbalance of drive system occur.The control principle of hydraulic drive system of low frequency vibrator BV-620LF was analyzed in this article,and finally found the possible causes of this failure.
