子宫肌瘤射频消融术术前系统化综合评估的临床价值

Clinical value of systematic and comprehensive evaluation before surgery in radiofrequency ablation of uterine fibroids

目的探讨术前评估的系统化在子宫肌瘤射频消融治疗中的临床应用价值。方法抽取2017年1-10月使用长海医院虹口院区妇产科拟定的术前评估单行子宫肌瘤射频术患者220例为观察组,抽取2016年同时间段1-10月使用常规的术前评估清单220例子宫肌瘤射频术患者作为对照组。回顾性分析2组患者的病史资料,对照组使用常规的术前评估清单,观察组使用我科制定的子宫肌瘤系统化术前评估清单,比较2组评估清单的使用对手术的影响(延迟或取消)、患者认知度及医疗服务满意度。结果对照组造成手术的影响(29. 09%)高于观察组(2. 27%),观察组患者认知度及服务满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),有更好的医疗依从性和随访性。结论系统化的术前评估清单从根本上保证了患者对子宫肌瘤射频消融治疗安全性、微创、治疗时间短的期许和意愿,真正提高了患者对医疗服务的满意度。术前综合评估的完善和专病化作为术前准备的辅成部分,值得临床重视和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of systematic and comprehensive evaluation before surgery in radiofrequeney ablation (RFA)of uterine fibroids.Methods A retrospective analysis was made in medical history data of the patients of the 2groups.The control group used conventional pre-surgieal evaluation list,while the observation group used systematic uterine fibroids pre-surgical evaluation list developed by our department.Then,the impact of 2different evaluation lists used by the 2 groups on surgery (including surgical delay and cancellation),cognition of patients and rate of patient satisfaction were compared between the 2groups.Results The impact on surgery for the control group (29.09%)was obviously higher than that for the observation group (2.27%),with a statistical significanceee (P <0.05).The rate of cognition as well as patient satisfaction of the observation group were obviously superior to those of the control group (P <0.05).Furthermore,patients in the observation group had better medical compliance and higher rate of medical follow-ups.Conclusion The systematic pre-surgical evaluation list could fundamentally assure patient expectation and their desire for safe,mini-invasive and short-time surgery in radiofrequency ablation (RFA)of uterine fibroids.The perfection and specificity of prer.surgical comprehensive evaluation could be an auxiliary tool for pre-surgical preparation, which was worth close attention and clinical extension.
