肝硬化相关糖脂代谢紊乱研究进展

Research progress of glycolipid disorder associated with liver cirrhosis

基于肝脏在糖脂代谢中的核心地位,不论何种病因所致肝硬化均可影响肝脏调控糖脂代谢的潜能,易于诱发或加重糖脂代谢紊乱。另一方面,糖脂代谢紊乱也可诱导肝组织炎症损伤(甚至肝硬化)、心脑血管病变及恶性肿瘤。糖脂代谢紊乱与肝硬化之间存在复杂的因果联系及相互作用,糖脂代谢紊乱可继发于肝硬化,也可以是肝硬化的病因,或与肝硬化伴随发生。合并糖脂代谢紊乱的肝硬化患者,其并发症及死亡发生风险显著增加,提示干预糖脂代谢紊乱可能对改善肝硬化预后具有重要的临床意义。本文就肝硬化相关糖脂代谢紊乱的研究进展作一概述。

Based on the liver's core status in glycolipid metabolism,liver cirrhosis,which is caused by any cause, can affect the liver's potential to regulate glycolipid metabolism and induce or aggravate the metabolic disorder of glyco-lipid.On the other hand,the disturbance of glucose and lipid metabolism can also induce liver tissue inflammatory injury (or even liver cirrhosis),cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and the incidence of malignant tumors.There is a complicated causal link and interaction between glycolipid metabolic disorder and liver cirrhosis.The disorder of glycolipid metabolism can be secondary to liver cirrhosis,and may also be the cause of liver cirrhosis,or associated with liver cirrhosis.The risk of complications and death in patients with liver cirrhosis with glycolipid metabolic disorder are significantly increased,suggesting that interference with glycolipid metabolism may be of important clinical significance in improving the prognosis of liver cirrhosis.This article reviewed the research progress of liver cirrhosis and glycolipid metabolism disorder.
