Marx's Civil Society Theory and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

市民社会是马克思研究政治国家与社会关系的一个重要术语。本文从古代市民社会、资本主义市民社会、后资本主义市民社会到国家治理背景下的社会主义市民社会,对其历史演进做了简单梳理。分别从市民社会与经济发展、市民社会与政治国家、市民社会与法的关系维度,审视了马克思关于市民社会的思想。在全面建成小康社会的决胜期,科学合理地运用马克思主义市民社会理论,应坚持党的领导、加强社区治理体系建设;肯定民众社会治理能力、促进社会公平正义以实现人的全面发展。

Civil society is an important term which is used by Marx to study the relationship between political countries and the society.The evolution of civil society,from ancient times,Capitalist society and post-Capitalist society to Socialist society,has been reviewed in this paper.The paper researches Marx's thoughts of civil society from the perspectives of the relationship between civil society and economic development,political state and law.During the critical period that China is one the way to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,to scientifically and reasonably apply for Marxist civil society theory,it is necessary to stick to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,strengthen the construction of community governance system,affirm the ability of people and promote social fairness and justice.
