药师回访对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者合并高脂血症联合用药治疗中干预作用的研究

Study on Intervention of Pharmacists in Combination Medication of Diabetes Type Ⅱ Patients with Hyperlipidemia

目的:研究药师回访对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者合并高脂血症联合用药治疗的干预作用。方法:选取2016年5月—2017年5月收治的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者合并高脂血症患者60例资料,按照出院顺序号将其随机分为对照组和干预组,每组30例;对照组患者给予采用常规药物治疗,干预组患者给予正规药物治疗以及药师主动为患者进行健康教育及指导用药等服务治疗,药师回访患者对治疗的依从性和自我管理能力,评价两组患者在药师干预治疗下糖化血红蛋白(GHb)、三酰甘油酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平测得值改善的百分率的变化情况,以及患者对治疗的依从性的差异。结果:药师通过干预治疗并回访患者疾病的临床指标和自我管理能力,临床各指标(GHb、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)水平测得改善的百分率均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗的依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药师在药物治疗基础上干预Ⅱ型糖尿病患者合并高脂血症患者的用药,有效改善了临床各指标,控制了疾病病情发展。

Objective: To study the intervention of pharmacists in combination medication of diabetes type Ⅱ pa-tients with hyperlipidemia. Methods: 60 data of diabetes type Ⅱ patients with hyperlipidemia from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to discharge se-quence number, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs, Patientsin the intervention group were given regular drug therapy, and the pharmacists took the initiative to provide healthy edu-cation and guided medication. The pharmacist visits the patients to see their compliance with treatment and self-manage-ment ability. The changes in the percentage of improved values of GHb, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein (LHL-C) in patients of the two groups under the interventionof pharmacists and the difference in patient compliance with treatment was evaluated. Results: Their clinical indicatorsand pharmacist visits patients to see self-management ability through intervention. The percentage of improved clinicalindicators (GHb, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C) was better than that of the control group and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). The treatment compliance was higher than that of the control group and this difference was also sta-tistically significant by comparison between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on clinical pharmacist in drugtherapy intervention in diabetes type Ⅱ diabetes patients with hyperlipidemia, clinical indicators were effectively im-proved, and the disease progression was controlled.
