当前,人工智能已广泛应用于法律行业。借助智能辅助量刑系统和智慧检务系统,法官和检察官提高了办案质量和效率;借助大数据技术,律师可更好地管理客户的法律风险。但是,人工智能将替代部分法律人的工作,为未来法科学生从事法律职业投下了阴影。人工智能趋势下,当前“学校+实务部门”培养模式和复合型人才培养目标需要适当调整,法科学生要重视对科技的应用;当前偏重法学知识传授的教育理念需要反思,应更重视法科学生的法律技能训练:当前灌输式的教学方法也要让位于个性化学习方式。为适应人工智能时代,法学院校必须重视法科学生的法律思维培养,采取与人工智能相符的法学教学模式,开设相关课程及研究,教师要学会与人工智能合作并重视法科学生法律人格的塑造。

At present,artificial intelligence(AI)has been widely used in legal field with intelligent aided sentencing systems and smart procedural systems ,judges and prosecutors have improved the quality and efficiency of case handling;With big data technology,lawyers can better manage clients' legal risks.However,AI will replace some work of some legal professionals, which has casted a shadow to the future legal professions of law students. Under the trend of AI,the current training mode of "school education +practice department"and the target of compound talent,training need to be adjusted appropriately.The students of law majors should attach importance to the application of science and technology.The current educational philosophy of imparting legal knowledge requires reflection,and more emphasis should be placed on the .legal skills training of law students.The current infusion teaching method also gives way to a personalized learning style.In order to adapt to the era of AI,law schools must pay attention to the legal thinking training of law students,adopt the law teaching mode consistent with AI,offer relevant courses and research,teachers should learn to cooperate with AI and pay attention to the shaping of law students'legal professionality.
