大学生自主学习能力现状分析与提升策略 被引量:3

摘要 本研究通过调查上海Y大学580名学生,考察大学生的自主学习能力现状以及“365青年成长计划”和人格特质对其影响。结果表明,(1)大学生自主学习能力总体处于中等水平,其中学习评价较深刻,学习目标次之,学习策略较薄弱;(2)大学生参与学校“365青年成长计划”的天数越多,其自主学习能力表现越强,尤其对学习目标的强化有显著成效;(3)大学生的人格特质对其自主学习能力的预测作用显著,外倾性、开放性和尽责性与自主学习能力呈显著正相关。最后,本研究从对自主学习三阶段(学习目标、学习策略和学习评价)的干预提出了大学生自主学习能力的提升对策。 This study investigated 580college students of Shanghai Y University to explore the situation of the students'self-directed learning ability,the influence of "365Youth Development Plan"and personality.The result showed that:(1)The overall self-directed learning ability of college students is on the average level.The first one is the learning evaluation, followed by the learning goals,and the last one is the learning strategy. (2)The students spending more days in the "365Youth Development Plan" showed remarkably better self-directed ability,especially for the performance in reinforcing the learning goals.(3)The students'personality has significant prediction effect on self-directed learning ability,and the self-directed ability is positively related with extroversion,conscientiousness and openness. Finally,this study proposed the suggestions to improve the self-directed learning ability in terms of three phases of self-directed learning (learning goals ,learning strategy and learning evaluation).
