Interview with Prof. Ge Hongyi

葛洪义教授是我国当代著名的法理学专家。从教三十多年来,葛洪义教授在法律价值、法学方法论、地方法制等领域做出了开创性贡献,同时也大力推动司法考试制度的形成,助力整个法律职业共同体建设。围绕十余个问题,葛洪义教.授回忆了自己当初高考后的志愿选择、少年时的求学经历,全面介绍了他的一些重要学术观点,并对正在从事的地方法制理论研究做了详尽解说。在与他这一代的学者作对比时,葛洪义教授赞誉青年学者普遍受过系统化的学术训练.他善意提醒青年学者能够更好地将理论知识与中国实践相结合,希望他们能够更多一点人文关怀。

Professor Ge Hongyi is a famous contemporary jurisprudence expert in China.Since his teaching for more than 30years,Professor Ge has made pioneering contributions in the fields of legal value,legal methodology, and local methods.At the same time,he also vigorously promoted the formation of the judicial examination system and promoted the construction of the legal profession community.Discussed more than ten questions with the author,Prof.Ge recalled his volunteer choice after the college entrance examination and 'his childhood experience.He introduced his important academic views comprehensively and gave a detailed explanation of the theoretical research on the local methodologies.In contrast to his generation of scholars,Prof.Ge praised young scholars for their systematic and academic training.He kindly reminded young scholars to better combine theoretical knowledge with Chinese practice and hope that they can have more humanistic care.
