摘要
二甲双胍作为一种治疗2型糖尿病经典的口服降糖药物,近年部分研究表明其对骨矿盐代谢有着积极作用,但作用机制十分复杂,包括通过多种途径诱导成骨细胞分化、减少破骨细胞数目、逆转高血糖直接或间接引起的骨细胞及成骨细胞凋亡等。本文拟对该领域近期进展作一简要综述。
Metformin,as a classic oral hypoglycemic agent for the treatment of type 2 diabetes,has been shown to have a positive effect on bone mineral metabolism in recent years,but its mechanism of action is very complicated,including inducing osteoblast differentiation,reducing the number of osteoclasts,and reversing the apoptosis of osteocytes and osteoblasts directly or indirectly induced by hyperglycemia.This article reviews the research advances in this field.
