某砌体房屋结构鉴定及改造方法研究

砌体结构是我国城镇主要结构形式,在一些城镇,砌体结构因缺乏规范的设计而存在一些质量问题,轻者抗裂性能差,重者稳定性不足、刚度不足、承载能力下降等。还有些砌体结构随着时间而老化、使用条件的改变造成损伤等,砌体结构的质量问题需要通过正确的鉴定后,通过合理的加固来改变(尤其是办公楼)。本文以实例说明砌体办公楼结构鉴定的基本分析过程。

Masonry structure is the main structural form of Chinese town,in some towns,there are some quality problems in the masonry structure due to the lack of standard design,such as poor anti-cracking performance, heavy stability,insufficient rigidity and lower carrying capacity.There are some masonry structure aging with time,the use of the change of conditions caused by damage,masonry structure of the quality of the problem needs to be properly identified,through a reasonable reinforcement to change,especially office buildings.In this.paper,an example is given to illustrate the basic analysis process of masonry building structure identification.
