摘要
本文探讨了陶瓷膜管除尘换热一体化装置替代传统工业锅炉中的省煤器和除尘器的可行性。并设计了高温陶瓷膜管除尘换热一体化装置的结构,通过对除尘换热一体化装置的对流和辐射两种方式热工计算,得出了在装置内以辐射换热为主的结论,初步确定进一步优化除尘换热一体化装置途径。
This paper discusses the feasibility of replacing the economizer and dust collector m the tradional industrial boiler with the ceramic membrane tube dust removal heat exchange integrated device.And design the structure of the high-temperature ceramic membrane tube dust removal heat exchange integrated device,through the heat engineering calculation of convection and radiation in the integrated device of dust removal and heat exchange,the conclusion that radiation heat transfer is mainly in the device is obtained.Preliminary determination of ways to further optimize the device.
