大学毕业生生存现状及满意度分析——以泸州市近5年大学毕业生为例

Survival Status and Satisfaction Analysis of University Graduates:——a Case Study of Luzhou University Graduates in Recent 5 Years

本研究采用定额抽样的方法在泸州市按《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》中的8个大类职业抽取大学毕业生360人进行网络问卷调查,研究泸州市近5年大学毕业生的生存现状及满意度,为相关政策的制定提供有效参考。研究发现,泸州市大学毕业生生存现状呈现出工作待遇低、生活水平有待提升、但生活压力较小、社会支持度较好的特点。大学毕业生对生存现状满意度较高,影响其满意度的主要因素有主观社会支持、客观社会支持和对支持的利用度。

This study used the method of quota sampling to select 360 college graduates from 8 major occupations in the "Professional Classification of the People’s Republic of China in Luzhou for online questionnaire survey. Study the survival status and satisfaction of college graduates in the past five years in Luzhou, and provide an effective reference for the formulation of relevant policies.The study found that the survival status of college graduates in Luzhou is characterized by low job benefits and improved living standards, but with less life pressure and better social support. University graduates are highly satisfied with the survival status, and the main factors affecting their satisfaction are subjective social support, objective social support, and utilization of support.
