Research on Improvement Path of College Graduates' Employment Quality Based on Tracking Evaluation

为实现高校毕业生更高质量和更充分的就业目标,以高校毕业生就业质量跟踪调查为依据,构造基于满意度的高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,建立基于跟踪评价的就业质量评价模型,应用此评价指标和评价模型进行实例分析,并将评价分析结果反馈到人才培养中,探讨高校毕业生就业质量的提升路径。这对于做好其他高校其他专业毕业生就业质量评价及提升就业质量路径具有十分重要的参考意义,对推动区域经济的快速发展有着非常重要的现实意义。

In order to achieve higher quality and more adequate employment goals for college graduates, based on the employment quality tracking survey of college graduates, the evaluation index system of college graduates’ employment quality based on satisfaction is constructed, and the employment quality evaluation model based on tracking evaluation is established. Using this evaluation index and evaluation model to carry out case analysis and feedbacking the evaluation analysis results to the talent training, the improvement path of college graduates’ employment quality is explored. It is of great reference value for better evaluating the employment quality of other professional graduates in other universities and improving the quality of employment. It has very important practical significance for promoting the rapid development of regional economy.
