采掘设备内外喷雾安全要求研究

Study on Safety Requirements for Internal and External Spraying of Mining Equipment

针对采掘设备内、外喷雾装置存在的问题,以新版(2016年)、上一版(2010年)《煤矿安全规程》中相关要求为出发点,研究二者的不同之处.解读了不同要求的具体内涵。探讨了因安全要求不同导致的采掘设备结构、使用等方面的差异。分析了新要求下,因结构变化带来的问题及可能导致的后果。进而提出了采掘设备内、外喷雾的科学管理方式、方法。

Aiming at problems existing in internal and external spraying device of mining equipment, starting from the relevant requirements of the new edition (2016) and the previous edition (2010) of Coal Mine Safety Regulations,the differences between the two is studied and the specific connotation of the different requirements is interpreted.The differences in the structure and use of mining equipment due to different safety requirements are discussed.The problems caused by structural changes and possible consequences under the new requirements are analyzed.Then,the scientific management methods of internal and external spraying of mining equipment are put forward.
