摘要
将选煤厂原有采样机通过技术改造满足自动采制样和在线测灰的条件,采用机械化采制样技术与煤质在线检测技术结合的方式,实现煤炭灰分的实时显示,并将煤质数据传输到集控室。
The original sampling machine of the coal preparation plant can meet the conditions of automatic mining sample preparation and online ash measurement through technical transformation,and adopt the combination of mechanized mining sample preparation technology and coal quality on-line detection technology to realize real-time display of coal ash and transmit coal quality data ,go to the centralized control room.
