摘要
介绍了监控系统在某煤矿矿井水反渗透预处理工艺中的设计和应用情况。根据预处理工艺流程特征.重点分析了叠片过滤单元的过滤和反冲洗,超滤单元的过滤、反冲洗和化学清洗2个工艺单元的控制要求.并对各单元的工作时序进行了详细描述。针对预处理工艺控制要求,构建了一套矿井水反渗透预处理监控系统.阐述了监控系统的硬件结构、PLC程序、触摸屏程序、上位机程序的设计。应用实践表明,该监控系统运行稳定可靠,能够满足预处理工艺的控制要求。
The design and application of monitoring system in reverse osmosis pretreatment process of mine water is introduced.According to the characteristics of pretreatment technology,it analyses the control requirements for the two units involving of filtering and backwashing of laminated filters,and filtering,backwashing and chemical cleaning of ultrafilters.It also describes the timing sequence of each unit in detail.Aimed at the control requirements of pretreatment technology,a set of monitoring system for reverse osmosis pretreatment of mine drainage water is constructed,and the hardware structures of the monitoring system,and the programs for PLC,touch screen and host computer are described.The applications indicate that the monitoring system can meet the control requirements of pretreatment technology with stable and reliable operation.
