离心泵汽蚀余量预测在试验过程中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 为了能够对离心泵的临界汽蚀余量进行精确测量,提出了一种离心泵临界汽蚀余量计算的预测方法。在离心泵汽蚀试验过程中.首先根据离心泵的参数,通过计算得到离心泵在发生汽蚀时的泵进口压力理论值.然后根据该理论值调节试验管路进口阀门,在接近汽蚀发生时,密集采集试验点.从而达到精确绘制汽蚀曲线的目的,理论上这样得出.的离心泵汽蚀余量相当精确。试验证明.计算后密集采集试验点得出的离心泵汽蚀余量比不计算采集试验点得出的汽蚀余量要精确很多。 In order to measure the critical cavitation margin of centrifugal pump accurately,a prediction method for calculating the critical cavitation margin of centrifugal pump is presented.In the process of centrifugal pump cavitation test,firstly,according to the parameters of centrifugal pump,the theoretical value of the pump inlet pressure is obtained by calculation,and then the inlet valve of the test pipeline is adjusted according to the theoretical value.When the cavitation occurs,the test points are collected intensively,so that the purpose of drawing the cavitation curve is achieved accurately.Theoretically,the cavitation margin of the centrifugal pump obtained in this way is quite accurate.The experimental results show that the cavitation margin of centrifugal pump is much more accurate than that of centrifugal pump without calculation.
