摘要
预埋孔钻机的行走系统采用了全液压驱动的闭式液压系统,行车过程中,在紧急制动和下坡工况时,由于车辆本身运动惯性的原因,会出现液压泵和液压马达的工况互换,而使得发动机被反拖而加速的问题。对该问题进行了分析,并提出通过对行走液压回路增加液压反拖制动阀,来有效解决发动机反拖问题的方案,提高了车辆运行的平稳性和安全性。
The walking system of the pre-buried drilling rig adopts a fully hydraulically driven closed hydraulic system.During the driving process,in the emergency braking and downhill working conditions,the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor will exchange working conditions due to the inertia of the vehicle itself.The problem is that the engine is reversed and accelerated.The problem is analyzed,and the hydraulic reacting brake valve is added to the walking hydraulic circuit to effectively solve the problem of engine anti-drag problem,which improves the stability and safety of the vehicle.
