摘要
基于矿井高产高效生产的理念和液压支架对供液质量的要求,对综采工作面高效清洁供液智能泵站系统进行研究,从根源上解决高盐度、高硬度、浊度矿井水对综采工作面液压设备损害等水质问题,提高供液质量,提高矿井开采机械化、自动化程度,减轻人工操作强度,节约用油成本.创造了可观的经济效益。
Based on the concept of high production and high efficiency in mine and the requirement of hydraulic support for the quality of liquid supply,the research on the intelligent pump station System with high efficiency and cleanliness in fully mechanized coal mining face is studied.The water quality problems such as high salinity,high hardness and turbidity mine water are solved for the hydraulic equipment damage of fully mechanized coal face with improving the quality of liquid supply,improving the mechanization and automation level of mining,reducing the intensity of manual operation and saving the cost of oil have created considerable economic benefits.
