摘要
以苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物胶乳为聚合物基体液料,以硫铝水泥、高铝水泥及其他惰性填料为粉料制备了JS防水涂料,并探究了液粉比对JS防水涂料凝结时间、力学性能、粘结强度及防水性能的影响。结果表明:对于JS防水涂料,粉料的增加大幅度缩短了涂料的表干时间与实干时间,涂膜的拉伸强度得到不同程度的增强,断裂伸长率呈现降低趋势,涂膜的粘结强度和抗渗性能均得到提高,而防水性能逐步降低。
Using styrene-acrylic copolymer as base material and sulpho-aluminous cement, high alumina cement and other inert materials as powdered materials prepares JS waterproofing coating. The article studies the influence of liquid powder ratio on setting time, mechanical properties, bonding strength and waterproofing performance of the coating. The results show increase of powdered materials in great amount will shorten tack free time and real drying time, increase tensile strength of coating film in varying degrees, going down trend in elongation at break, improvement for bond strength and permeability of the film and decrease for its waterproofing performance.
