浅谈倒置式防水构造优缺点及改进措施

Advantages and Disadvantages of Upside Down Roofs and Its Improvement

着重论述了倒置式屋面的优缺点及优化措施。传统正置式屋面存在防水层易老化、起鼓、开裂等诸多问题,导致建筑窜漏水情况严重;倒置式屋面通过调整屋面结构的施工顺序,将防水层设置在结构层上、保温层之下,有效弥补正置式屋面的缺点,大大延长防水材料的使用年限,解决了屋面防水层寿命短以及易渗漏问题。

The article describes mainly advantages and disadvantages of upside down roofs and its improvement.The traditional roofs have some disadvantages such as easy aging,blistering,dry-cracking of its waterproofing layer,causing leakage problems so often and seriously sometimes.The upside down roofs,due to sequence of roofing construction being changed,i.e.waterproofing layer laid between structure and insulation which can effectively overcome shortcomings of the traditional roofs,so that increase life cycles of the roofs and solve leak problems.
