摘要
附子多糖是从中药附子中提取的一种多糖,抗氧化作用明显。研究表明附子多糖对心肌细胞具有保护作用,但机制不明确。心肌细胞衰老的防治具有重要临床意义和研究价值。因此,本文对附子多糖延缓心肌衰老的研究进行了总结,归纳了附子多糖延缓心肌衰老的可能机制,包括提高组织抗氧化酶活性、通过线粒体机制抑制细胞凋亡、促进金属硫蛋白合成对抗氧化应激损伤、抑制内质网应激从而抑制心肌细胞凋亡以及提高自噬活性。
Polysaccharide from Fuzi (FPS) is a kind of polysaccharide extracted from Fuzi which is a traditional Chinese medicine aconite. It has obvious antioxidant effect. Studies show that the FPS has a protective effect on the myocardial cells,but its mechanism is not clear. The prevention and treatment of myocardial cell aging has important clinical significance and research value. Therefore,this paper summarizes the studies on the delay of myocardial aging by FPS and its possible mechanisms,including improving the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the tissue,inhibiting cell apoptosis through mitochondrial mechanism,promoting the synthesis of metallothionein against oxidative stress damage,inhibiting myocardial cell apoptosis by endoplasmic reticulum stress inhibition and enhancing autophagy activity.
