环丙沙星、思密达配合补中益气汤治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎46例疗效观察

Ciprofloxacin,Smecta Combined with the Decoction for Reinforcing Middle-energizer and Replenishing Qi in the Treatment of Chronic Colitis:Effect Observation on 46 Cases

为观察环丙沙星、思密达配合补中益气汤治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,将慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者90例分为对照组44例和观察组46例,对照组给予以环丙沙星、思密达口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合门服补中益气汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效;腹痛、大便不成形、黏液、水肿充血消失的时间;治疗前后患者结肠炎肠镜检查积分、生活质量以及不良反应发生率。结果显示,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组腹痛、大便不成形、黏液、水肿充血消失时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前2组结肠炎肠镜检查积分、生活质量无明显差异(P>0.05).治疗后观察组结肠炎肠镜检查积分、生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,环丙沙星、思密达配合补中益气汤治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。

To observe the effect of ciprofloxacin,smecta combined with Buzhong Yiqi Tang(a traditional Chinese medicine formula')for reinforcing middle-energizer and replenishing Qi (shortly named as Tang) for treating chronic colitis(CC),90CC patients were divided into control group (n =44,orally adrniriistered ciprofloxacin and smecta)and observation one(n =46,added with oral Tang),then both groups effect,the time of abdominal pain,non-shaped stool,mucilage,edema and hyperema disappeared,microscopy score before and after treatment,the quality of life,as well as untoward reaction incidence were compared.As results,the clinical total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control one(P<0.05);in all above symptom's disappearance time observation group was shorter than control one(P <0.05);as for microscopy score and the quality of life,before treatment there was no significant difference(P >0.05), but after treatment observation group was superior to control one(P <0.05);in untoward reaction incidence there was no significant difference(P >0.05).Results show that above three-in-one therapy for CC has significant effect.
