中药穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗脑卒中后便秘的效果观察

Efficacy of Constipation after Stroke Treated with TCM Topical Application on Shenque Point

为观察中药穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗脑卒中后便秘的效果,将脑卒中后便秘患者98例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组在常规护理的基础上口服大黄苏打片,观察组在常规护理的基础上于神阙穴用生大黄粉穴位贴敷。对2组患者的总有效率、排便评分、Bristol大便性状进行比较。结果显示,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);2组患者治疗后排便评分、Bristol大便性状均显著优于治疗前,有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组排便评分、Bristol大便性状均显著优于对照组,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,中药穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗脑卒中后便秘效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

To investigate the efficacy of Chinese medicine(CM)sticking on Shengque point in the treatment of constipation after stroke 98 patients with post-stroke constipation were randomly divided into control group and observation one,49 cases for each,which both group's patients were all received routine nursing, afterwards control group was added with oral administration of Dahuang Suda pion(a compound table), meanwhile observation group was added with topical application of raw rhubarb powder on Shenque point, then both group's total effective rate,the score on defecation,bristol stool characters were compared.As results,after treatment the score on defecation,bristol stool characters in the two groups were all superior to that before treatment,there was statistical significance (P<0.05);And,in total effective rate,and in the score on defecation,in Bristol stool characters after treatment observation group was higherthan and superior to control group,there was statistical significance(all,P<0.05).Results show that CM sticking on Shenque point for treating post-stroke constipation has good effect.It's worthy of clinical popularization and application.
