摘要
车辆倾翻试验台是用于测量车辆的静态侧倾稳定角的专用仪器设备,广泛应用于机械行业性能试验领域。为了明确车辆在倾翻试验台上测量结果的分散性,简要介绍了车辆倾翻试验台的工作原理,分析了影响测量结果的各种因素,对引入的各不确定度分量进行了合成标准不确定度评定,评定了测量结果的扩展不确定度,也为其他类似测量设备提供了科学的可借鉴的不确定度评定方法。
In order to identify the dispersion of measurement results of vehicles on the rollover test bench,the paper briefly introduces the working principle of vehicle rollover test bench,analyzes the factors that affect the measurement results, calculates the synthetic standard uncertainty according to the different uncertainty components,and evaluates the expanded uncertainty of measurement results,and which can also provide a scientific and referential uncertainty evaluation method for other similar measuring equipments.
