摘要
喷丸作为一种成本低廉、不受工件形状限制的表面处理工艺,被广泛应用于提高工件机械性能、耐蚀性能和抗疲劳性能。本文介绍了常用的喷丸技术种类和喷丸对材料表面状态的作用机理,并综述了喷丸对金属材料耐蚀性能影响的研究进展。
Shot peening,as a low-cost surface treatment process that is not limited by the shape of workpieces,is widely used to improve the mechanical,anti-corrosion and fatigue properties of metal component.In this paper,the category and mechanism of shot peening is elaborated,and the effect of shot peening on erosion or corrosion resistance studied by different research scholars is demonstrated.
