连续退火过程中过时效段对Ti+Nb IF钢析出物的影响 被引量:1

Effect of over-aging section on Ti + Nb IF steel precipitate during continuous annealing process

摘要 通过Gleeble—1100热模拟试验机研究了时效温度对Ti+NbIF钢冷轧后第二相的影响。设定不同时效温度的连续退火试验,并测定了钢中Nb、Ti的固溶与析出,分析了连续退火过程中过时效段影响IF钢第二相的原因。结果表明:过时效段的存在增加Nb的析出量,使含Nb的第二相粒子增加,进一步固定了C、N原子,增加析出相的体积量,提高析出强化的作用,因此Ti+NbIF钢连续退火过程中需要增加过时效段。 The effect of over-aging temperature on the second phase of Ti +Nb IF steel after cold-rolling was investigated by Gleeble-ll00 thermal simulator.The continuous annealing experiments at different over-aging temperatures,and the dissolution and precipitation of Nb and Ti in steel were measured.The influence of over aging section on the second phase of Ti +Nb IF steel during continuous annealing was analyzed.The results show that the existence of over-aging increases the amount of Nb precipitated,and increases the second phase particles containing nb,further fixes the C and N atoms,increases the volume of precipitated phase and enhances the precipitation strengthening effect.It can be concluded that over-aging is need during continuous annealing of Ti +Nb IF steel.
