摘要
对AA1050合金和LZ91合金实施了1道次累积叠轧加工,形成LZ91/AA1050叠轧复合板材,并在200、250和300℃进行1 h的退火处理,利用拉伸试验机、SEM、TEM和XRD研究了后续退火温度对接合面剥离强度和显微组织的影响。结果表明:300℃退火试样的接合面处扩散层较厚,剥离强度最高,达到54 N/cm;在300℃退火处理试样的结合面处靠近AA1050侧,生成了厚约2μm的FCC-Al3Mg2化合物,化合物中还析出少量粒径约50 nm的BCC-Al12Mg17化合物,导致该处扩散层中Mg和Al元素含量波动较大。
The alternative LZ91/AA1050multilayered composite sheets were fabricated by accumulative roll bonding process,and the composite sheet was annealed at 200,250and 300℃ for 1h,respectively.The effect of annealing temperature on peel strength and microstructure was investigated by means of tensile machine,SEM,TEM and XRD.The results show that the diffusion layer of the composite sheet annealed at 300℃ is the thickest of all,which has the highest peel strength reaching 54N/cm.A FCC-A13Mg2compound with about 2Ixm thickness generates at the joint surface near AA1050side of the sample annealed at 300℃.A small amount of BCC-A112 Mg17 compound with a size of about 50nm are precipitated in the AI3Mg2 compound,which resuhed in a large fluctuation in the content of Mg and AI elements in the diffusion layer.
