摘要
密封技术是各种热处理炉的关键因素,本文主要介绍了磁流体密封技术的原理、特性,及其使用注意事项。分析对比了气淬炉上的3种不同的快速冷却结构,指出电机内部的线圈是影响抽真空的不利因素。磁流体密封技术应用在高真空气淬炉上能够满足高真空指标这一优势,扩展了气淬炉的使用范围。
The sealing technology is the major factor in various heat treatment furnaces.The principle,characteristics and attention matters of magnetic fluid sealing technology were introduced in this paper.Three different fast cooling structures on the gas quenching furnace are analyzed and compared,and it is pointed out that the coil inside the motor is the unfavorable factor affecting the vacuum pumping.The magnetic fluid sealing technology can be used for the high vacuum gas quenching furnace to meet the high vacuum level,and can extend the application range of gas quenching furnace.
