摘要
采用盆栽技术,在遮阴条件上进行吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理,对半夏农艺性状及品质性状进行研究。结果表明:遮阴对照、遮阴IBA处理下半夏的叶面积、株高、产生块茎数、块茎鲜重、蛋白质含量和总黄酮含量均高于空白对照。遮阴100 mg/L IBA处理半夏叶面积、株高、蛋白质含量、黄酮含量均高于遮阴50 mg/L IBA处理、遮阴对照和空白对照,产生块茎数与遮阴50mg/L IBA处理、遮阴对照和空白对照间差异不显著,可溶性糖含量与遮阴50 mg/L IBA处理和空白对照间差异不显著,但极显著高于遮阴对照。
The agronomic traits and quality traits of Piniella ternata were studied under conditions of pot culture with shading and IBA treatments. The results showed that the leaf area,plant height,tuber number,fresh weight of tuber,protein content and total flavonoid content of the shading group and the shading+IBA group were higher than that of the blank control. The leaf area,plant height,protein content and total flavonoid content of the shading+100 mg /L IBA group were higher than that of the shading+50 mg /L IBA group,the shading group and the blank control. There was no significant difference in tuber number among all the groups. The soluble sugar content of the shading+100 mg /L IBA group showed no significant difference with that of the shading+50 mg /L IBA group and the blank control,but was significantly higher than that of the shading group.
