基于GIS的普定县水土保持生态红线划定研究

Study on soil and water conservation red lines in Puding County based on GIS

普定县属于水土流失较为严重的地区,为了阻止水土流失进一步恶化,进行了水土保持生态红线划定。通过重要性评价模型对普定县地区的多年生态系统净初级生产力平均值NPPmean、普定县DEM数据、项目区域内的土壤可蚀性K值等数据进行分析,并按照各生态系统服务值进行重要性级别划分,将水土保持功能中的集中连片极重要部分作为生态红线的初步划定范围。对于初步划定的范围进行城市总体规划数据叠加,最终得到水土保持生态红线的保护范围。进而重点对水土保持生态红线划定区采取预防与治理措施,完善水土保持工作,为普定县的经济发展做好关键的一步。

Puding County is an area of serious soil and water loss. In order to prevent further deterioration of soil and water loss,soil and water conservation red lines were delineated. With the importance evaluation model,we analyzed the NPPmean,DEM data,and soil erodibility K value in the target area,decided the importance levels according to the value of ecosystem services,and preliminarily delineated the ecological red lines. Overlaying the preliminarily delineated area with the overall urban planning data,we obtained the final delineation of the soil and water conservation red lines. Based on the soil and water conservation red lines,precaution and management measures could be taken to improve soil and water conservation work,and to lay foundation for the economic development of Puding County.
