大温差地区碾压混凝土重力坝施工期温控防裂技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 环境温差大幅变化地区,碾压混凝土重力坝施工期温控难度极高,是施工中重点关注的问题。采用"负水化热法"和"体积力法"等计算手段全过程仿真碾压混凝土坝施工期的温度场和应力场,通过波动混凝土入仓温度、冷却水管温度等温控措施关键参数,揭示其对大坝开裂的影响规律,利用拉格朗日法,寻求最优解决方案,成果已在云南铅厂大坝施工中应用,取得很好的防裂效果,可为大变幅地区筑坝施工提供理论技术参考。 In the area with large temperature difference,the temperature control of the RCC gravity dam during construction period is extremely difficult,which is a key concern in construction.The temperature field and stress field during the construction period of RCC dams is simulated fully by using“negatively hypothermal heat method”and“volume force method”in the paper.The discipline of Dam cracking is revealed by fluctuating the key parameters of temperature control measures,such as concrete pouring temperature and the temperature of cooling water pipe.And the Lagrange Method is used to find the best solution.The achievement has been applied to the construction of the Yunnan Lead Plant Dam and plays an important role in crack control,which can provide theoretical and technical reference for temperature control and crack prevention for RCC Gravity Dam in the area with large temperature differences.
