宁夏生态移民住居困境调查与出路探寻

Ecological Immigrants Surveyed on the Living Dilemma and the Way Out of Ningxia

生态移民是西部地区改善贫困人口生存状态和减少自然保护区人口压力的一项重要举措。在"十二五"期间,宁夏生态移民人数达32.9万人。生态移民的可持续安置是实现宁夏地区经济、社会与环境协调可持续发展的基础和重要举措。本文通过宁夏境内生态移民村庄的居住环境进行实地调研,对当前生态移民区居住环境存在的问题、面临的困境进行调研分析,旨在呼吁相关部门关注生态移民的居住环境问题。在调研分析的基础上提出具有针对性、符合移民生活习惯的居住环境设计策略,探索具有新时代新要求的适应性和对地方特色历史文化传统的居住空间环境改善设计理论,为后续生态移民的搬迁提供参考借鉴。

Ecological emigration is an important measure to improve the living condition of the poor and reduce the population pressure of the nature reserve in the western region. During the "12 th Five-Year" period, the number of ecological immigrants in Ningxia reached 329 thousand. The sustainable resettlement of ecological migrants is the basis and important measure to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of Ningxia’s economy, society and environment. Through the investigation of the living environment of the ecological immigrant villages in Ningxia, this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the existing problems and difficulties of the living environment of the ecological immigrant area, and aims to call on the relevant departments to pay attention to the living environment of the ecological migrants. On the basis of the investigation and analysis, it puts forward the design strategy of the residential environment which is pertinent to the immigrant living habits, explores the adaptability of new times and new requirements and the improvement design theory of the residential space environment with the historical and cultural tradition of local characteristics, and provides reference for the relocation of the following ecological immigrants.
