基于层次分析法的文化线路遗产价值评价研究——以万里茶道资江段为例

Research on Value Evaluation System of Cultural Route Heritage Based on AHP——Take the Tea Road of Ten Thousand Miles(Zijiang Section) for Example

文化线路是一类新兴的世界文化遗产,需要探索符合其价值特征的科学评价方法,以促进申遗工作和高效保护遗产价值。运用层次分析法和德尔菲法,构建了由6类一级指标和26类二级指标组成的文化线路遗产价值评价体系,该体系有区别于其他中小尺度文化遗产的特征。以万里茶道资江段文化线路为案例开展价值评价的实证研究,依据评价结果将全部遗产点分为3个价值等级,研究发现部分高价值遗产点还未列入文物保护单位,保存现状堪忧。

Cultural route is a new class of world cultural heritage. It is necessary to explore scientific evaluation methods that are consistent with the characteristics of their heritage values in order to promote the application of world cultural heritage, and to effectively protect the value of the heritage.Using the AHP and the Delphi methods to construct a cultural route heritage value evaluation system consisting of 6 types of first-level indicators and 26 types of second-level indicators, this system is different from other small or medium-scale cultural heritages.Taking the Tea Road of Ten Thousand Miles(Zijiang Section) as an empirical case of value evaluation, the heritage sites are divided into three value levels, the study found that some high-value heritage sites have not yet been included in the cultural relics protection unit, so that their protection status is worrying.
