摘要
住宅小区室外环境,作为城市居民主要的户外活动场所,其热舒适十分重要。本文基于人体舒适度指数ssd和计算机环境模拟软件Ecotect,以上海多层住宅小区的标准室外单元为研究对象。通过正交试验的计算与分析,探讨楼栋的朝向、面宽和总高等三因素对室外热舒适的影响程度。旨在有效指导住宅小区内楼栋的排布设计。
The outdoor thermal comfort in residence communities is of great significance, because it can provide residents with the sites for daily activities. Considering this, based on the human comfort index ssd and the computer environment simulation software Ecotect, we take the wind speed outside as the evaluation index. Then, we discuss the impacts of the three factors, including orientations, face width, and height of building, on outdoor thermal comfort, through the calculation and analysis of the orthogonal experiment. I hope the results can effectively guide the layout of buildings in the residential area.
