欠发达地区村镇民居现状调查研究——以天水街亭村为例

The Investigation of Residence Present in the Underdeveloped Area——A Case Study of Jieting Town in Tianshui City

本文通过对甘肃省天水市街亭村居住聚落及民居建筑的实地调研,分析了形成其现状的影响因素以及存在的现实问题。与经济相对发达的中东部区域不同,西部地区在未来有很大的发展潜力,贫困村镇的居民对于居住品质的要求会随着收入的增加而提升,因此本文从民居更新模式的层面提出一些有针对性的策略与建议。

Through field investigation of residential settlement and architecture in Jieting town of Tianshui city in Gansu province,this article analyzes the influence factors forming these situation and the fact problems.Different from the developed areas in the middle east region,it has the huge development potential in west China.And the demand of the living quality in the countryside will enhance with the income increasing.Therefore the paper makes pointed references to the tactics and suggestions based on regeneration mode of residents.
