特大城市大型住区小学使用情况调查与配置方法研究——以北京市回龙观大型住区为例

Investigation and Allocation of Primary School in Large-scale Residential Region of Mega-city——Illustrated by Huilongguan Large-scale Residential District in Beijing

在我国小学生特大城市就学难的问题早已引起了多方面的关注,在外来人口不断增加情况下,北京的小学教育资源更显不足。本文以回龙观地区作为特大城市大型住区的典型研究对象,小学这类教育设施的配置现状,从小学生和家长的调研问卷分析入手,研究小学的使用情况,分析现状问题,并从小学的配置规模、使用情况、空间布局调整和服务半径分析等三方面,研究回龙观大型住区内小学分布的规划政策与配置措施研究,并为规划中的相关的对于大型住区的小学教育设施的合理配置提供支持和指导。

The problem of attending primary schools in major cities has already been the focus, and the general education resource has become more insufficient especially in the condition of the floating population increasing constantly. As a result, we introduce the current situation of the primary schools in Huilongguan Community, which is selected as the typical case of large-scale residential districts. The main problems of school arrangement appeared in this community are analyzed from three aspects: spatial arrangement, service condition and residents’ comments. The outcomes will help the researches in large-scale residential districts and guide the arrangement of education facilities in the future.
