中医药干预治疗脓毒症细菌耐药特色探析

脓毒症是各种致病因素作用在机体内所引起的全身性炎症反应综合征,是目前临床最常见的疑难疾病,同时也是全球医者在医学领域重点研究的课题。它具有发病率高、病死率高、治疗费用高的特点,是威胁人类生命健康和生活质量的重大疾患。然而在临床治疗上,西医长期广泛的使用抗生素,致使患者体内的病原菌对抗菌药物的敏感性慢慢下降甚至消失,从而对抗生素产生了耐药,病情发展迅速得不到有效控制,大大增加了临床上的治疗难度。近年来医者在临床上不断探索发现中医药思想结合临床研究治疗细菌耐药后的脓毒症有了新突破,并得到了广泛推广及认可,临床上有效的预防了患者对抗生素耐药的情况,有效的改善了患者的症状,降低了临床病死率和治疗费用。故该文从中医药治疗细菌耐药后的脓毒症进行归纳并阐述。

Sepsis is a variety of pathogenic factors caused by systemic inflammatory response syndrome in the body,is now the most common clinical refractory disease,but also the global medical is a key research topic in the field of medicine. It has a high incidence,high mortality,treatment costs high characteristic,is the life of the threat to human health and quality of life of major diseases. In clinical treatment,however,Western medicine widespread use of antibiotics for a long time,the patients’ body of pathogenic bacteria to antimicrobial sensitivity slowly decline or even disappear,which produced drug resistance to antibiotics,and rapid development can not get effective control,greatly increased the clinical treatment difficulty. Doctors in clinic in recent years,continuously explore found thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine combined with clinical research on treatment of sepsis after bacterial drug resistance has the new breakthrough,which has been widely spread and recognition of patients with clinically effective prevention of antibiotic resistance,effectively improve the patients’ symptoms,reduce the mortality rate of clinical and treatment costs.
