伊立替康导致腹泻中医证型及用药规律分析

Analysis on TCM Syndrome Types and Medication Rules of Diarrhea Caused by Irinotecan

目的:探索中医对伊立替康导致腹泻的中医证型及用药规律,为进一步临床研究提供理论依据。方法:通过计算机与人工检索相结合的方法,对近10年中医诊治伊立替康导致腹泻的文献整理,进行中医证型、方剂和药物归类统计,分析总结各证型、方剂和药物出现的频次和所占比例。结果:伊立替康导致腹泻的中医证型有5个:其中频次最高的为脾胃虚弱证,占33.33%,其次为脾肾阳虚证,占30%;方剂以自拟方居多,成方中频次最多的是参苓白术散。占13.33%;药物类别共15类,其中以补虚药、收敛固涩药、清热药及利水渗湿药较为多见;中药共91味,常用药物为甘草、白术、党参、茯苓、黄芩等。结论:通过对近10年伊立替康导致腹泻的中医证型及用药规律分析,为伊立替康导致腹泻的临床辨证论治提供参考。

Objective :To explore TCM syndrome types and medication rules of diarrhea caused by irinotecan,in order to provide a theoretical basis for further clinical study. Methods:The combination ofcomputer retrieval and manual retrieval method was adopted to collect and classify statistically literaturesabout TCM syndrome types and medication rules of diarrhea caused by irinotecan in recent ten years.To analyse and observe the use frequency and proportion of every syndrome type,prescription andmedication. Results:There were 5 syndrome types of diarrhea caused by irinotecan. Deficiency of spleenand stomach was mainly syndrome type,occupying 33.33%. The next was Yang deficiency of spleen andkidney,occupying 30%. The most prescription was self-prescription,the most prescription of formulatedprescription was Shenling Baizhu Powder,occupying 13.33%. 91 kinds of drugs were classified into 15 types. Among them, reinforcing deficiency medicine, astringency medicine, heat-clearing drug and diureticsfor eliminating dampness medicine were common types. Liquorice,Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae,Codonopsis pilosula,Poria cocos,Scutellaria baicalensis were common medication. Conculsion:Analysis onTCM syndrome types and medication rules of diarrhea caused by irinotecan in recent ten years could providerelated references for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of diarrhea caused by irinotecan.
