扶阳抑阴法是《伤寒论》的基本诊治思路,也是扶阳抑阴学派的基本治病思路。冠心病是在临床心血管疾病中最常见的疾病,中医学将其归属于“胸痹、心痛”范畴,认为其主要病机为“阳微阴弦”。该文以“阴、阳”作为切入点,探析扶阳抑阴法的历史溯源及理论依据,查阅文献解读历代医家对扶阳抑阴法的学术争辩。并将扶阳抑阴法与“阳微阴弦”病机相结合,通过对阳微阴弦的分析,将扶阳抑阴法巧妙用于冠心病的辨证治疗中。
