补肾调神开喑法治疗缺血性中风失语症临床疗效评价

Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Kidney-keeping and Vitality-regulating and Celostomia-opening Therapy for Treating Ischemic Stroke Aphasia

目的:探讨研究并总结补肾调神开喑法治疗缺血性中风失语症临床疗效。方法:将84例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各42例,两组患者均采用西医常规治疗及语言康复训练,治疗组在此基础上加用补肾调神开喑法,治疗4周后比较各项语言功能评分、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS),评估临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后失语总疗效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;语言功能评分方面比较,在听、复述、说、出声读、阅读评分及总分方面比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;NIHSS比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:补肾调神开喑法治疗缺血性中风失语症临床疗效显著,可以改善患者的生活质量,提高患者言语功能及日常生活沟通能力,具有一定的优势。

Objective:To research and summarize the clinical effect of kidney-keeping and vitalityregulating and celostomia-opening therapy for treating ischemic stroke aphasia. Methods:84 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 42 cases each,Western medicine and speech rehabilitation training were used in both groups of patients,and only treatment group add kidneykeeping and vitality-regulating and celostomia-opening therapy. After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of language function and neurological impairment(NIHSS)were compared in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results:There had difference in the total effect of aphasia between these two groups after treatment (P <0.05),the treatment group was better than control group. As for the score of language function,in terms of listening,retelling,speaking,speaking,reading and total score,there had difference between these two groups(P <0.05)and the treatment group was better than control group. There had significant difference in NIHSS between these two groups(P <0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion:The clinical effect of kidney-keeping and vitality-regulating therapy and celostomia-opening for treating ischemic stroke aphasia is significant,it can improve the life quality of patients,improve the speech function and daily life communication ability of patients,which have certain advantages.
