针刺联合中药大黄穴位贴敷治疗中风后便秘临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rhubarb Acupoint Application on the Treatment of Constipation after Stroke

目的:探讨针刺联合中药大黄穴位贴敷治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效。方法:采用对照研究的方法对2016年3月—2017年12月于我院收治住院的100例中风后便秘患者进行临床观察。将患者按随机数字表分配,实验组50例,对照组50例,其中对照组患者进行常规西医治疗,实验组患者使用针刺联合中药大黄穴位贴敷治疗,两组患者均治疗4周。治疗结束后计算临床总有效率,比较两组治疗前后排便症状、治疗前后患者大便性状评分及生存质量评分。结果:对照组临床总有效率为60%,实验组临床总有效率为84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经过治疗后,其各项症状均有改善,但实验组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);比较两组患者经过治疗后其大便性状,实验组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);患者治疗后生存质量评分明显提高,实验组生存质量评分优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合中药大黄穴位贴敷具有通调脏腑、调畅气机、润肠通便的作用,治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效显著,临床上值得应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with rhubarb acupoint application to treat constipation after stroke. Methods:The clinical observation of 100 patients with poststroke constipation in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 was conducted by the control method. Assigning patients according to random number table,the experimental group a total of 50 cases, the control group,50 cases of control group patients with conventional Western medicine treatment,the experimental group patients with acupuncture combined Chinese medicine rhubarb acupoint application therapy,two groups of patients were treatment of 4 weeks. After the treatment,the total clinical efficacy was calculated and compared with the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 60% in the control group and 84% in the experimental group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment,the symptoms of both groups were improved,but the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05). Compared with the control group,the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05). The survival quality score of the patients was significantly improved after treatment,and the survival quality score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rhubarb acupoint application has the function of regulating the viscera,regulating the air conditioner,moistening the bowel,and treating the constipation after stroke. The clinical effect is remarkable,and it is worth applying in clinic.
