龙葵银消片联合凉血化瘀方治疗银屑病疗效及对血清相关因子水平影响分析

Curative Effect of Longkui Yinxiao Tablet Combined with Liangxue Huayu Decoction in the Treatment of Psoriasis and Its Influence on Serum Level of Related Factors

目的:探讨龙葵银消片联合凉血化瘀方治疗银屑病的临床疗效,并分析其对血清相关因子的影响。方法:选取2017年3月—2017年10月我院收治的银屑病患者82例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各41例。对照组患者给予凉血化瘀方治疗,研究组患者给予龙葵银消片联合凉血化瘀方治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效,并对比治疗前后银屑病皮损面积严重指数(PASI)、T淋巴细胞亚群水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-17(IL-17)水平变化,最后观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:研究患者的总有效率87.80%,明显高于对照组总有效率75.60%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的PASI评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的PASI评分均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组患者的PASI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗前后治疗组患者的PASI差值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的T细胞亚群水平、炎症因子水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组与对照组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-17水平较治疗前明显降低,且研究组患者的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-17水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组与对照组患者的CD4^+/CD8^+、CD4^+水平均较治疗前升高,CD8+较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组患者CD4^+/CD8^+、CD4^+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在凉血化瘀方治疗的基础上联用龙葵银消片治疗银屑病可显著提高临床疗效,减轻患者皮损严重程度,并能有效改善患者免疫功能,减轻炎症反应状态,且安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Longkuang Yinxiao Tablet combined with Liangxue Huayu Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis and to analyze its effect on serum related factors. Methods:82 cases of psoriasis in our hospital in March 2017— 2017 October were selected as the research object. The randomized digital table method was used to divide the study group and the control group,41 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Liangxue Huayu Decoction. The patients in the study group were treated with the Longkui Yinxiao Tablet combined with Liangxue Huayu Decoction.,and compared the clinical effect of the two groups,the level of PASI,T lymphocyte subsets,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin -6(IL-6), and interleukin -17(IL-17)level,and the adverse reaction of two groups of patients was observed. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 87.80%,significantly higher than the control group(75.60%)(P <0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the PASI score between the two groups(P >0.05). The PASI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the PASI score of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Before and after treatment,the difference of PASI in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the level of T cell subgroup and inflammatory factors in the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment,the level of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-17 in the study group and the control group was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the level of TNF-α,IL-6 AND IL-17 in the study group were lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the level of CD4^ +/CD8^ + and CD4^ + in the study group and the control group were higher than before the treatment,and the CD8^ + was lower than before the treatment(P <0.05),and the CD4 +/CD8 + and CD4 ^+ in the study group were higher than the control group,and the CD8 ^+ was lower than the control group (P <0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P >0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of the treatment of Liangxue Huayu Decoction combined with Longkui Yinxiao Tablet in the treatment of psoriasis,it can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the severity of skin lesions,improve the immune function of the patients,alleviate the inflammatory reaction,and have high safety. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
